Troubleshooting Fetching Changes

If you get an error saying that Error fetching changes in zone ... :client knowledge differs from server knowledge, please do the following troubleshooting. For more information, please check Troubleshooting iCloud Sync.


iOS/iPadOS

  1. Restart your device
  2. Go to Settings (Expenses)Sync
  3. Click Force push all data to iCloud to make sure your data is on iCloud
  4. Delele the app and reinstall it
  5. Go to Settings (Expenses)Sync
  6. Click Force fetch all data from iCloud

macOS

  1. Restart your Mac
  2. Go to Settings... (Expenses)Sync
  3. Click Force push all data to iCloud to make sure your data is on iCloud
  4. Delete the app and reinstall it
  5. Go to Settings... (Expenses)Sync
  6. Click Force fetch all data from iCloud
